Fort Walton Beach, FL: The inspiration for our surf loft came from visiting far and away places such as Nicaragua, Thailand, Bali and others. We blended our beach culture with the history of the area and an industrial vibe to make a space that is both comfortable and exciting. Our central location is 5-8 minutes from the beach by car, and there are ample restaurants, bars, shopping, waterfront parks, disc golf, jogging trails, playgrounds and more within walking distance. The public boat ramp is 3 minutes away.

Our surf loft features a large, open, living and dining area with a 75 inch TV and a full washer/dryer and two ranges for cooking big dinners! There are two bedrooms. The master has a King bed, and the guest has a combination bunk bed that is two twins on the bottom and a full size up top. The bathroom is situated in-between the bedroom. You'll definitely feel like you are "Livin Right" in this unique space.

The loft is on ground level and has an exterior door. The entire unit/loft is yours to experience. There is shared parking with a couple of businesses in this mixed use space, but they are low traffic and there is lots of parking.

Ferry Park Neighborhood is the best in town due to Ferry Park with it's tennis courts, ball fields, disc golf, walking/jogging trails, etc and the Bud Day Trail to the park starts behind our loft. One block over also has all the commercial conveniences such as Starbucks, Five Guys, Grocery Store, Buffalo Wild Wings, and many local options for sushi, Mexican and Italian restaurants... ALL within walking distance. There are also boat ramps nearby and it is an easy 3-5minute ride to the beach!

This is an apartment that is part of a mixed use complex. There is ample parking, and plenty of things to walk or bike to as well. We'll have a golf cart and bikes available for rent soon also.

We have YouTubeTV, Disney+ and Netflix subscriptions for your enjoyment, and our real estate company is across the parking lot if you need anything during your stay. We can accommodate parties and events as we regularly string lights and host events in our parking courtyard, but you'll need to speak with us directly about that.
